Warranty period

- Return faulty product for a new one if the fault is of the manufacturer.

- There will be a warranty period of 06 to 12 months depending on each product and manufacturer's standards (shown on contracts/orders).

Return period

For your benefit, we apply a 24-hour return period from the time you receive the products. The time is based on the time stamp of the post office or note of delivery time by the shipper of Hoang Anh Cosmetic.

Terms and conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, it needs to satisfies the following:

• The product is within the return period and registered to be returned as per instruction.

• The product is in the state it originally delivered in, untampered stamp, label (if applicable), with no sign of having been used.

• The product still has its original package and accessories (if applicable). If you have ordered from us and the product is faulty and within the return period, please contact us using the hotline on our website to get the instruction on how to return the product for a new one. If you receive a product from us that you did not order, please contact us for help.

A product cannot be returned if:

• The return period is over.

• The product is not in its original state, tampered with, or used.

• The product is missing the accessories it came with.

Refund policy

In case you do not want to return the product for another one, we will refund within 07 days of receiving the returned product.

The refund amount and method will depend on the state of the returned product, the time when you request a refund, and the payment method of your order.
